How can I book a flat at Magic Place Bergamo?
You can book directly on our official website to get the best guaranteed rate, or through portals such as Booking.com, Airbnb and VRBO.
Is the location central?
Yes, our flats are located in the best area of Bergamo: the pedestrian shopping area. You will be surrounded by cafés, restaurants and boutiques, in the heart of city life - both by day and by night.
What services are included in the flats?
All flats have air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, smart TV with streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen and high-quality bed and bath linen.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00. Upon request, we can offer early check-in or late check-out depending on availability.
Do you offer transfers to/from the airport?
Yes, we offer a transfer service to and from Orio al Serio Airport (BGY). We can organise private transport for excursions or city trips during your stay.
Where can I park?
There are several paid covered car parks near the flats. We recommend a secure car park just 200 metres away, with very affordable daily and overnight rates. After booking, we will provide you with all the directions you need to get there easily.
Do you have a baby cot and high chair?
Yes, on request we provide a cot and high chair free of charge. We also have a pram for those who wish to travel light. Just let us know in advance.
Can luggage be left before check-in or after check-out?
Certainly. If you arrive early or leave later, we will be happy to store your luggage safely.
How many people can stay at Magic Place Bergamo?
The Relax, Classy and Beauty flats can each accommodate up to 4 guests. Namastè and Buk can accommodate 5-6 guests, while the Nest flat is ideal for 2 people. A cot is also available on request. For large families or groups, we can propose neighbouring flats to be booked together.
How far is the facility from Bergamo Airport (BGY)?
We are only 5.6 km from Orio al Serio Airport. You can reach us in 19 minutes by bus (every 20 minutes, €2.40 per person) or in 7 minutes by taxi (approx. €18). Private shuttle service is also available on request.
How far is the Upper Town?
From the Relax, Classy, Beauty & Nest flats you can reach the Upper Town in 10-15 minutes on foot or with the picturesque panoramic funicular railway nearby. The Namasté and Buk flats are within walking distance of Colle Aperto and the Cittadella di Città Alta.
Are sheets and towels included in the price?
Absolutely. Each flat is fully equipped and includes bed linen, shower and bath towels, toiletries, a hairdryer and much more.
Do you offer discounted rates for children?
Yes, children up to 6 years stay free of charge at Magic Place Bergamo. We are a family-friendly establishment and provide a cot, high chair and pushchair on request.
